Services

Bridge Strategic Partners (BSP), a registered Municipal Advisor*, provides a wide range of independent consulting and strategic advisory services to private developers, nonprofit organizations, public entities, and other project sponsors.  BSP currently serves as the Program Administrator to the California Statewide Communities Development Authority (CSCDA), one of the largest conduit bond issuers in the country.  We have significant experience in the following areas:

*BSP is a third-party program manager to CSCDA. While BSP is a registered municipal advisor and may offer municipal advisor services in certain limited circumstances in the future, BSP currently provides only non-municipal advisor services related to Program Management and Portfolio Management to CSCDA. These functions include, but are not limited to non-MA services such as: reviewing borrower applications for compliance with CSCDA's policies and procedures; advising CSCDA's executive director on whether project financing requests comply with the CSCDA's established policies; and facilitating post-issuance finance restructuring, workouts, or other necessary CSCDA approvals in accordance with financing documents. Program Management Services and Portfolio Management Services each encompass a number of defined services, none of which involve advice or making recommendations to or on behalf of a municipal entity or obligated person with respect to municipal financial products or the issuance of municipal securities to either CSCDA or its members. Specifically, BSP does not provide advice as to the structure, timing, terms, and other similar matters of any municipal financial products or issuance of municipal securities.
