James Hamill is co-founder of Bridge Strategic Partners and has broad experience in public finance, public-private partnerships and legislative initiatives. James is an accomplished executive who has led fast-paced organizations that provide public and private sector solutions that improve operational results. These include acting as an Executive Director of Clean Fund and as Director of Operations at HB Capital Resources where he managed programs for the California Statewide Communities Development Authority and Public Finance Authority. James’ strength and focus has been in facilitating the completion of complex economic development bond issuances, ranging in size from $5M - $1.3B, and educating public agencies and private companies on the legal requirements and advantages of cooperative purchasing. This includes orchestrating numerous entities such as cities, counties, attorneys, investment bankers, board members, and the general public to complete bond issuances and participate in public benefit programs. James brings to Bridge Strategic Partners creative problem solving, the ability to deftly manage day-to-day issues and surprises, to remove barriers and obstacles that are challenging.
James lives in Lafayette, California with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys cycling, triathlons and his participation as a board member for the Yosemite campus of NatureBridge.
